Refund policy

Our serums can take up to 8 weeks to see results. If your results are taking that kind of time, please don't give up! Our offer is good for 65 days from the ship date. To qualify for a full refund, the package must be unused and postmarked within 65 days of the ship date. Please mail the original item(s) back to us, along with your name and order number from the package.

By purchasing Ideal Beauty Skin Clinic products, buyer assumes all risks and use and indemnifies Ideal Beauty Skin Clinic against all damages. To be eligible for a return you need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@cellustrious.com.

We do not refund used products and do not refund shipping charges or return shipping labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
